HCHSA Formal Age & Grade Policy

High School Prom is designed for current HCHSA students who are:

• at least 14 years of age by the end of September of the current academic year and no one older than 19

• began the academic year as a high school freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior

Non HCHSA Guest Policy

• All guests must meet the age & grade requirements

• Guest‘s parent must sign the non-member participant waivers and dress code policy.

• All guests must agree to abide by the HCHSA policies such as dress code, conduct, etc. 

Failure to meet any of these stipulations will result in not gaining admission to the event.
